With over four decades of leadership in construction and real estate, Mr. Mohan Riswadkar has been the guiding force behind the Group’s enduring reputation for trust and quality. As the Founder & Chairman of Riswadkar group &Protech Infrastructural Services Ltd., he has steered numerous residential and commercial developments across Pune and Western Maharashtra. His deep technical understanding, combined with a philosophy of transparency and ethical growth, continues to inspire the Group’s culture of reliability and long-term value creation.
Vikrant Riswadkar
A Civil Engineer from COEP and MBA (Finance) from Fordham Graduate School of Business, New York, Mr. Vikrant Riswadkar bridges engineering precision with financial insight. He brings a global outlook and strategic mindset to project planning, financial structuring, and brand development. Under his direction, the Group has strengthened its foundation of professionalism, ensuring that every project is designed with sustainability, efficiency, and customer-centric focus at its core.
Parth Riswadkar
Mr. Parth Riswadkar, a Civil Engineer from Mumbai University, represents the new generation of leadership within the Group. Having gained hands-on experience across all project stages, right from field execution to client coordination. he embodies the Group’s philosophy of learning from the ground up. His focus on modern technologies, digital processes, and on-site excellence reflects a clear vision: to carry forward the Riswadkar legacy with renewed energy, innovation, and integrity.
